In-Store Pickup Information

You’re probably here because you’re local, and don’t want to pay for shipping for what’s in your cart right now, huh? 

GOOD NEWS: We’re so excited to now offer in-store pickup at our Bowling Green & Lexington stores! 

Go ahead, add your favorite items to your cart & head to checkout. *If the items in your cart are available in-store, there will be a shipping option to pick up your order in-store free of charge.


Please select which location you would like to pick up your order from, and continue checkout as normal. If you do not see the option for in-store pickup on the shipping method, one or more items in your cart are not available in-store. 


It will typically take 24 hours (or less!) to prepare your order in-store. Our personal stylists will get your order ready for you as quickly as possible, then you’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup! After you’ve been notified that your order is ready to be picked up, you can stop by Monday-Saturday from 10am - 6pm.

 Please plan to pick up your order within 5 days of getting your confirmation email. If you can't stop by within 5 days, please call the store you are picking up from & let our personal stylists know! If we don't hear from you after 5 days, we will refund your order.


Please remember, our stores are CLOSED on Sundays. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will not be available to pick up until Monday at the earliest. 


You have the option to come in & pick your order up at the register, or call our store and a personal stylist will bring it to your car curbside.

**PLEASE NOTE: Not all items that are available online will be available in-store. Styles & sizes will vary from location to location.


The same return policy for in-store orders will apply for in-store pickup orders.
