Steel Mill & Co. Return & Exchange Policy

At Steel Mill, we want to make sure that all of our customers are pleased upon the arrival of your online order! We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't we'll send you a new size, color, style, or issue you a quick refund.

Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label or when you return in store. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells or signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return. All clearance merchandise is final sale.


Steps for a return:
  1. Get your packing slip ready, and email info@steelmillandco.com. Please include your name and order number in your email, along with the name of the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Prepare your package
    • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your packing slips
    • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
  3. Ship it by dropping off at your nearest UPS location.
Steps for an exchange:
  1. Contact us at info@steelmillandco.com to make an exchange. Please share the reason for your exchange and what item you would like to exchange it for. We will contact you to process your exchange within two business days.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Refunds take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return shipment. If you have not received your refund after 7 days please contact info@steelmillandco.com for an update.
