Merchandise in sellable condition, accompanied by an original receipt may be returned within 30 DAYS of purchase, at which point the original method(s) of payment will be refunded.
Items purchased prior to sale days cannot be returned and repurchased.
Sale Studio items are FINAL SALE. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
Returns are FREE and can be processed through our online return portal.
Please note: your package must be sent back within 30 days of the original delivery date. Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.
If an item is deemed to not be in returnable condition, your items will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product appears to be worn or damaged by the customer.
